Cardarine raised a lot of red flags in studies on animal carcinogenesis, and there is no useful human data at all for stenabolic. 

Before you use either compound, you should make sure that your eating, recovery, and training are all at their best. These variables, based on evidence, will consistently boost endurance in a way that no compound under study can do right now.
